Trained By JP Dream Sleep is a 120-capsule pre-bed sleep and recovery stack built for trainees who want melatonin-free wind-down support through a multi-pathway formula targeting sleep onset, sleep quality and overnight recovery. Each evening serving delivers a structured combination of adaptogens, calming amino acids and minerals chosen for their evidence-backed sleep-support profile.
The formula combines magnesium for muscle relaxation and the EFSA-authorised reduction of tiredness and fatigue claim, calming amino acids that support relaxation without sedation, and adaptogens that modulate the stress response that often disrupts sleep onset in high-training-load athletes. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and normal psychological function (EFSA-authorised under Regulation 432/2012).
What separates Dream Sleep from a melatonin capsule is the route of action. Melatonin targets the circadian system; Dream Sleep works on the relaxation, muscle-tension and stress-response pathways simultaneously. Many trainees find melatonin gives morning grogginess - the multi-pathway approach typically avoids this side effect while still supporting sleep onset.
Dream Sleep suits trainees in high-volume training blocks where sleep quality matters more than usual, athletes whose stress load disrupts sleep onset, lifters who have tried melatonin and disliked the morning effect, and anyone running a structured evening wind-down routine alongside training. Not for those on prescribed sleep medication without medical supervision
